The Rockwood Borough Maintenance Department would like to remind all residents that their outside water meters must be accessible to be read each month.  Please make sure the area is clear of bushes, snow, or other debris that may be in the way.

Water/Sewer Bills

Water/Sewer bills are due by the 25th of each month.  Payments received after that date will be assessed a  .0083 late fee.

Shut Off Notices

Any account, regardless of amount owed and is three months past due, will result in a shutoff notice.  There is an additional $10.00 added to the account balance to cover costs and fees incurred by the Borough.  Payments made prior to shut off must be in full and in cash, cashier’s check or treasurer’s check.  No partial payments or personal checks will be accepted.  If service is disconnected, there is a $40.00 fee for each ($80.00 total) water and sewer reconnection in addition to the balance due on the account.  Service can only be reconnected during normal weekday working hours.  There will be no exceptions made to this policy.

A drop off box is located to the right of the Borough Door Entrance for twenty-four-hour access to deposit water/sewer payments.
